*edit*I have reason to believe that it has something to do with ATI's OpenGL file as it seems that blender had the same problem with the same file. atioglxx.dll... (If you will need the Microsoft error report I will be more than glad to add it.)
Hello again, I have found an interesting change in effects when I was searching around for more information about the ATi OpenGL drivers. Apparently adding the driver to the program folder will allow some people to use it.
I tried and got slightly different results. Now it will start showing the windows and then crashes due to low level drivers. I place the latest version that I have into the folder. I'm going to try to test with older driver versions in this respect (aparently the older versions have a lot better responce to Open GL than the newer)
I also wanted to ask what level of Open GL does this program use at bare minimum?

I think the bare minimum is OpenGL 2.0 but have not confirmed that definitively yet. I checked your card on Wikipedia and it shouldn't have any problems. Albeit, I have seen some odd issue from time to time with ATI cards noted on the boards here. Make sure that you have the latest from from the manufacturer.
