Just a suggestion: Check your HDD is not too full, run disk cleanup and defragment the drive if needed. those can improve Sculptris's performance! !.02 was running very slow for me last night so trying my own suggestions lol
I was able to run it once, and then it told me I should update my graphics drivers. I still don't understand how Sculptris performs terribly on my machine while every other game/program works perfectly fine.
EDIT: Fixed it; I had enabled anti-aliasing. Anti-aliasing works perfectly in every other program I've used it in; why not here?! I'm so confused....
Hi everyone, I am new here. I just want to say that sculptris it DA BOMB! i just fooled around with it and made really good quality models.Dr.Petter thank you for your efforts and for giving us the best sculpting program EVA!. well anyway just look at it and tell me what you think. it is not done yet, nor any of my other models. but the program is super effective!
the only things that would make this even better is vertex painting, more 3d starter shapes to work with(ex. cube, pyramid, etc.), and a rigging component to rig shapes and animate. though i may be asking for too much.
unfortunately all of my models are too big and i cannot set up download links so just send me an email at email@example.com if you want to see any of my models
THANKS AGAIN!-sry for long post

All Right, Version 1.02!!! Nice. Everything seems rock solid thus far... From the first version to now, this program has been sheer awesomeness.
sanc - the only way i was able to replicate the issue you described in terms of the cursor delay was when I enabled the GL AA (OpenGL Anti-Aliasing). Make sure that it's set to %0 (off). If it already is, then IDK what could be causing your issue.
I'm not sure if this was mentioned before, but I just discovered that you can use the reduce-brush (w CTRL) to add triangles as well, lol. Believe it or not, that came in handy today .
gamenovice - you can add any shape you want as a starter geometry by importing an OBJ from another 3d app.
