Over the years I've come to realize that tutorials don't have to be application specific to be useful or applicable. Recently came across some free tutorials on Zbrush over on GnomonWorkshop and thought the tutorial on Lighting with Materials was a pretty good way of explaining how to make MatCaps, which are similar enough to what Sculptris can use, so I thought I would post and share it with you guys. You have to register for a free account to watch it but its in the upper left by Neville Page and was quite informative to watch and taught me a few things about lighting in general. He uses Photoshop but just about any painting program would be sufficient really as long as you can borrow the techniques. www.thegnomonworkshop.com/store/category/168/Free-ZBrush-Tutorials

Yup twas I. I posted a link to it in the materials thread. It's an interesting vid, worth a watch even if you know how to create materials.

I use Google Chrome. Make sure you have flash installed and you'll need to register for a free account to see it.

I'm pretty sure flash is installed, using chrome here as well so guess i'll reinstall flash, maybe a file is corupted or it's out of date
so reinstalled flash, and it still wasn't working, opened the settings, was set to unlimited storage for letting videos fully stream before i watch. so figured what the hell, i'll set it to default, and that fixed it pretty damn weird lol

I use Firefox, though I'm sure I've watched their videos with several different browsers. I have to disable my adblocker though before they will play.
