I know how to do specific operations in all of these programs. Zbrush Blender Daz studio Carerra Wings 3D Bryce Filter Forge
I started out modeling in Wings 3d and started to get pretty good when I realized I sucked at textures. So I spent the last few years focusing mostly on texture creation. While also learning other programs along the way. It is interesting that I stumbled upon this program when I did. I actually had it on my hard disk and I think I got it when it was still in beta and looked at it briefly and went back to zbrush. Then I came across it again a few days ago. But I had not realized how cool and powerful it really is until now. I am finding that it is actually helping me to understand Zbrush better.

Hmmm… For only 3D.... I think my list easily exceeds a hundred software. But for what I have greatest a knowledge on would be MaYA (though my background would be more CAGD engineering, and my first commercial or (arguably) non-“3D parametric solid modeling programs” were actually CAD , 3D Studio DOS/MAX, Adobe3D, Bryce and even Poser to follow) and I have been using it since Alias Wavefront.
As amazing a software as MaYA may be for organic modeling, I have always needed support/aid from a variety of sculpting software. I have tried and enjoyed MudBox but invested in Zbrush later due to Pixelogic catching up on MudBox’s advantages and my being accustomed to Zbrush. But in regards to digital sculpting I have had recently invested on 3DCoat finding voxel sculpting a great advantage.
But with all the software I have personally tried, I am shocked to find this one to be for free since it exceeds most every program I know in proportioning results achieved with its ease of use.
Accepted; I have yet only used it for less than an hour… but I DO know what I am talking about.
