Awesome as always. Though my first impression was "Sphincter Fairy"...lol.
Ut oh, looks like it's saying give me a kiss!
Sculptris = Awesome Taron = Awesome Sculptris + Taron = too much awesome Yes, it's a sad fact that this combination breaks the awesome barrier. I thought nothing could ever be considered too awesome So we need a new word that surpasses awesome I suggest "Awesculptaron", see what i did there? Ya, you wish you thought of it first don't you!?
The wings are now so much easier to do with the fantastic GRAB function. I pulled out a "spike" and then stretched it out like pizza dough, really. For the second wing I was hiding everything except where the wing should come out.
Looks good to me Wonder how effective it would be to use multiple objects in Scuptris (maybe you did already?? ) to accomplish this type of landscape.. I can see using a plane for the far back hills.. that sort of thing. Reminds me of winter.. I want to ski on the slope in the background Gary
GARY!!! Hey, welcome aboard!!! Yeah, all of my recent characters have separate eyeballs, which work fantastic. I will try to use multiple objects on landscapes next, but just did a general attempt on this one. It's all just one piece in this case, of course...
COOL, I'm happy you're here now, too!
kemmler: That's what I'm saying up there, don't I? I actually know by heart that zbrush is fantastic for brilliant landscapes, due to it's highpoly performance and the easy use of complex brushes. I've done quite convincing land- and seascapes in it within merely a few minutes. In fact, I did just that in one of my presentations in Canada, going from zip to a rendered scene in messiah:Studio within 45 minutes, including a creature and a number of plants, using Lightwave, Zbrush and messiah, that's all. I'll have to see what I can come up with inside sculptris...it might be kinda possible, but well... However, don't judge anything based on only what I'm trying here... who knows, maybe I'll find a magic solution or somebody else before me! Also, you may not realize that, yet, but I'm just rushing this stuff right now!
