I loaded up a standard Victoria model and gave it a quick look. The issue you are getting is due to the extraneous bits of other geometry like the eyelashes, fingernails and teeth. These are confusing Sculptris. I simply removed all of that (In Blender) and she imports fine.
DAZ is very impressive for a free tool. At first i wanted to use it to pose characters and import them into Sculptris (by going through Blender first) so i could begin to sculpt on basic shapes that would have a correct position to begin with. I posted a few of the setting i used in Blender so maybe it can help you to import more of the posed models : drpetter.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=sculptris&thread=54&page=10#954
But abandonned the idea as those meshes are unfortunately way too high poly for the usage i wanted to do : all the detailling i wanted to make by sculpting is already done. Maybe i could just run the poly reduction script or the decimate modifier in Blender, but never bothered to try
