Welcome to the musagi MIMICRY challenge thread!
Feel free to join any of the challenges and/or reflect on the outcomes. And don't hold back if you want to suggest new challenges.
The main theme here is "mimicry". And should be fairly wide.
Here we explore the texture of sound. How to mimic "real" sounds and/or conventional instruments using musagi.
When it comes to conventional instruments a lot of their defining characteristics lay in the beginning of a sound. The initial strike of a hammer.. or string being plucked... can make a big difference in how a sound is perceived.
Apart from conventional instruments we also invite challenge ideas surrounding other "real" sounds. The calls of morning birds, voices, the city? Anything should do. Just keep it interesting.
It is not a contest, just a tool to explore and relate.
