Working on toon dog... some areas have "splits" - - smooth, draw, inflate all make them worse... how would I repair this? Thanks... see attachment...
The Reduce Brush... and afterwards indeed Smoothing. A lil Flatten Brush to restore the shape. Also you might want to set the details slider lower when you restore it. So it doesnt keep adding more tri's/detail where there is no use for any.
Ow, only now I see there are actual holes.... Hmmm not sure then... :/ Does the reduce brush help? ...
Maybe if nothing else works: you could import it into Blender, or any other such program, and you can fix it manually. And then import it back again.

Most definitely correct. Blender (Or any decent 3D modeling program) you can use to fix these issues up in a jiffy. In my workings, I jump back and forth between Blender and Sculptris allot. The two program complement each other perfectly.
When filling the holes, be sure to use SHIFT+F (I.e. select all vertices around hole and then Shift+F) instead of extruding the vertices to a point. Sculptris does not like faces that have too many connections to a single vert.
