Hi, this is probably not the right place to post this, but I was hoping someone in the community knows of a simple solution.
sculptris v2 and v3 work smoothly for me, with only the occasional hiccup, but v1.01 and later have major performance issues on my PC.
Everything grinds down to about 2 or 3 frames per second as soon as I start editing, including the mouse pointer. This happens even on the default 2048 poly sphere with detail set to 0, just pushing the verts around starts locking it up. The problem goes away soon after I stop editing, so that the model can be rotated smoothly, but editing is almost impossible.
I'm using windows XP (32bit) with the latest drivers on an nvidia gfx card.
