Most of these remind me of animated gif compilations. Some are pretty freaking annoying. That doesnt have to be a bad thing, hehe.
Think the percussion could be thicker in some. And to break repetition some effects here and there. So yeah less flat and more wet. Bit like the Self Destruct one or even more trippy. That one is pretty lovely.
Darker Days is the most annoying one lol The progression in Alien Disco is funny.
I like what you did there with Watching - those panning slides... did you make them inside musagi and how?
Thanks for sharing and keep at it. ^^

Yeah, the percussion is pretty bad. It's funny you consider darker days annoying, it's my favorite. But we all have our own tastes. On Watching I used a Vst plug in, the name of the plug in is Aethereal. Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it! -Sky Hunter

TAHAHAHAHA... I should've not started writing right before Darker Days started, hahaha. Very cool and funny for sure! It has musagi all over it, hihihi. I'm not sure how many samples you are using, but it would be twice the fun to run it in musagi directly. It's quite fascinating as you don't seem to be bothered by the song editing so much and manage to pull of these long songs. Although the countless repetitions make it more understandable. Either way, kudos to your patience and passion there! I've now reached "Dance of the Jokers", which starts of great fun. I also think the drum sections are generally mostly in need of some more punch. The trickiest thing to me is to maintain enough patience to listen to a whole song. I yet have to manage, but then I'm not the most patient guy to begin with. So don't count that as a negative just yet. Altogether, fun sounds all the way through, I think. And you've managed to get some good use out of the effects. Considering that it is musagi those are- aside from the drums- pretty decent mixes, hehe. Robotic Genesis has again some curiously appropriate sound, except the broken sounding intermission higher pitches?! All has a bit of an 80's feel to it for sure. Hmmm...reverbnation.com cool, I've just signed up. I somehow remember it faintly, but anyway...thanks for that! And- YES- musagi rocks! ;D www.reverbnation.com/taronium

Thanks Taron! I'm listening to your songs on Reverbnation, I love Sculptrissima, it has a lot of movement in it! So overall I need to work on more variety and drums. Thank you again for the feedback! P.S. I've been working on making some better drum sets, I'll put some on the forums when I'm done!

Sweet, looking forward to it! If you check out my musagi experiments you'll find that I often make my drums with musagi's synths and get some interesting stuff with them going, too.

Yeah, the percussion is pretty bad. It's funny you consider darker days annoying, it's my favorite. But we all have our own tastes. Hehe, annoying doesn't have to be bad, its more of a mood thing. I can enjoy some annoying things very well. Ah, what other programs do you use with musagi? For a long while i been told and telling myself to check out Reaper, but didnt yet.

theferrymanhymn, I use quite a few plug ins, and all of them are free. ;D I have a thing about that. I use Darkness Theory, Adonis, and Alionoctis. Adonis is an FM synth, The other two are both ambient synths, with Alionoctis being my favorite. I've found the Musagi synths to not be as flexible as many vst. I do however find Musagi's sampler to be very agreeable.

Yup the song cuts off right at the beginning... plays a few stompy kick drums and off it goes... Ah well, yeah, that's beefier, however!

That works. ;D So yes more fat and wet indeed. The buildup is nice but I went waiting for a catchy melody to come on top of it. Maybe some synthy strings to get some climax going. Thanks for mentioning those programs btw...didn't work with them but saw some clips on it and it seemed like fun.

Yes, I really do need more work on melodies if I'm going to pass as trance. And a bigger, more reverb-y (word?) sound. Practice makes perfect! The programs are indeed very fun, if your interested, they can all be found on this website, vst4free.com/Thanks!
